How do you like to eat your pinwheels? There are a variety of tasty ways to eat vegan pinwheels–just stuff the tortilla roll-ups with your favorite veggie fillings and you’re ready to enjoy a super easy appetizer.

You can stuff red peppers, spinach, artichokes, vegan ranch, plant-based cheeses, and more inside your favorite pinwheel combination. Since pinwheels are made with tortillas, that means these finger foods are super easy to make within minutes with only minimal ingredients!

Easy appetizers are perfect for birthday parties, potlucks, holidays like the Fourth of July, pool parties, game days, and much much more. This list of party food ideas will swoon anyone–especially those who love fresh and savory flavors.

15 Easy Vegan Pinwheel and Tortilla Roll-Up Recipes

Enjoy this list of vegan and vegetarian-friendly pinwheels for your next picnic or luncheon whenever you need to create a plate of yummy finger foods. Although this list features fully vegan pinwheels, you can easily prepare these tortilla roll-ups to be vegetarian, too.

Let’s start reading all about these simple pinwheel recipes.

Can I freeze vegan pinwheel recipes?

We would not recommend freezing pinwheels as they will lose their quality after sitting in the freezer. For the best optimal flavors, vegan pinwheels are recommended to be eaten right after they have been created.

You can easily meal prep with tortilla roll-ups, though. Simply chop and prepare all of your vegetables and tortillas and store the ingredients separately in the refrigerator until ready to create the pinwheels.

You can also prep a bunch of roll-ups and store them in a storage container in the refrigerator for up to four days. Be careful if you are using vegan ranch or cream cheese, though–we recommend adding the creamy layers at the very end.
